Shipping, Processing, Refunds
Due to Covid-19 Fulfillment time on Some Custom items that are made to order could take longer than expected. Please expect on delay on these items and understand that if you do still choose to order we appreciate you and your business and supporting us through this time.If you would like an estimate on a certain item to be processed please contact customer service through email.
Until Covid-19 comes to an end we will no longer be accepting returns.
We want to do our part and flatten the curve where we can.
Please allow 5-7 business days at the most...(not including weekends or holidays or shipping days) for orders to be processed. After your order is processed you will receive an email that it is ready to be shipped. If you chose pick up please Direct message, text, or email me and we can setup a time. If you are in a hurry and really need an item for the same day, we can work something out if it is an in warehouse item. Do not hesitate to ask me anything you need.
Custom tees with printed words can take up to 8-10 business days depending on my other orders. I am a ONE women show and I appreciate each and every purchase you all make.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then store credit and only store credit will be processed to you through an email address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
